Phocasa is a small program that works as an image editor, and IT programmers can use it in the creation of their programs.

If you need an image editor, take advantage of Phocasa, as it lets you rotate, change the size, turn around, etc. You can include it in your program and make it function from the command line. After clicking on Edit Picture, Phocasa opens a window and shows the image, which you can edit as you want, and then look at it.

Then you can save the image and it will return you to your program. It also has other functions like Undo, Revert, Delete, zoom etc.
